Disasters and Crime Do Not Stop at State Borders - Neither Should Communication!
GSRCPI is pleased to deliver the 2008 Gulf Coast Summit for Technology in Support of Emergency Response October 27-29, 2008 at the Rebaissance Riverview Plaza in Mobile, Alabama. Summit participation will be limited to members of the wireless commissions or SIEC members from Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. This means approximately 125 of the top technology decision makers in the Gulf Coast Region will be in attendance.
The Gulf States Regional Center for Public Safety Innovations (GSRCPI) will coordinate this summit with funding by the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS).
Summit AgendaThe Summit Agenda is coming soon. This 2.5 day Summit will begin Monday morning and end Wednesday at noon. Presenter Biographies and Workshop Descriptions will be listed on this page as they become available. Participation in this Summit is invitation only and limited to a maximum of 50 representatives each from LA, MS and AL who are part of these states' SIEC or wireless commissions. Registration fee is $100 and covers participation in Summit events, materials, and select meals.
